On October 10th, LAArtsOnline hosted guests at “Preview Nights” at the Geffen Playhouse for Underneath the Lintel: An Impression Presentation of Lovely Evidences. Arye Gross gives an all out performance in this one-man show currently playing in the Audrey Skirball Kenis Theatre.

Then on October 13th, we hosted the Opening Night reception for Turn Me Loose starring Joe Morton (Scandal), at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts. Guests mingled after the show while snacking on fun bites and cocktails sponsored by La Scala and The Farm of Beverly Hills.

Next up on October 18th was a pre-show party for Bright Star at the Ahmanson Theatre administrative offices located across the street from the theatre. Guests were able to grab bites and cocktails (sponsored by Il Fornaio) before the show.

On October 20th LAArtsOnline hosted another Opening Night reception for Feathers of Fire at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts. Guests enjoyed delicious fare graciously provided by Greenleaf Chop House, Il Fornaio, La Scala and Primo’s Donuts.

Finally, on October 24th, we joined the fun at the Skirball Cultural Center at their Art/Film/Music night in conjunction with Pacific Standard Time. Attendees were able to view Ken Gonzales-Day’s exhibit Surface Tension before enjoying a silent film while listening to live music by the band Troker.
